Testimonials From Our Residents

“I didn’t expect the room to be this spacious, and that’s been one of my favorite things about living here. The location is incredibly convenient — close to campus, food spots, and everything I need. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, with great shared spaces and in-unit laundry. It genuinely feels like a high-quality place to live.”

FAQ

Questions?

RENTAL OPTIONS

1. Do I need to rent with a group or find roommates?

No! We offer individual rentals – you can rent a private furnished studio or an unfurnished room without needing to find roommates or rent as a group. Whether you’re looking to live solo or with friends, we have flexible options for both.

2. What’s the difference between your furnished studios and unfurnished rooms?

Our furnished studios are complete private living spaces within a 2-bedroom unit. Each studio includes:

  • Private bedroom with loft sleeping area
  • Small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, french press, hot water kettle, toaster and basic utensils)
  • Work/study desk
  • Seating area for guests
  • Private bathroom
  • Fully furnished (bed, couch, closet – move-in ready like an Airbnb)

You’ll share a large common kitchen with one other studio tenant. Unfurnished rooms are traditional bedrooms in our units that you furnish yourself.

3. Do all units have bunk beds?

No. Our furnished studios (Unit 4) have NO bunk beds – they feature loft-style sleeping arrangements. Other units do have bunk bed configurations, but if you’re interested in renting an unfurnished unit for a full 12-month lease, we can remove the bunk beds for you.

4. What lease terms do you offer?

We offer flexible lease terms including:

  • Month-to-month options
  • Traditional 12-month leases
  • Custom lease lengths to fit your needs

This flexibility is perfect for students, international visitors, or professionals who need housing that adapts to their schedule.

USC Village is about a 10-minute walk and includes Target (fully stocked for students), Trader Joe’s (full grocery store), Starbucks, and multiple restaurants and shops.
